282. A school board may, at the request of parents who advocate the same educational plan, assign an immovable for the purposes of that educational plan.
In order to facilitate the grouping of pupils whose parents advocate the same educational plan, the school board may establish, as one of its enrollment criteria, that of the choice of the educational plan.
