18. Except on a question of jurisdiction, no recourse under article 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C‐25) or extraordinary recourse within the meaning of that Code may be exercised, nor any injunction granted against the Authority, against a self-regulatory organization or against any person authorized to carry out an inspection or conduct an investigation. Any judge of the Court of Appeal may, on a motion, summarily annul any writ, order or injunction issued or granted contrary to the first paragraph.
