93. As soon as an election is instituted and no enumeration is required during the election period, the returning officer shall have the electoral list of each polling subdivision printed as prepared following the last annual enumeration.
Where enumeration takes place during the election period, the returning officer shall cause the electoral lists to be printed as soon as the enumeration is completed.
