200. If the electoral list on which the poll clerk has indicated that an elector has voted is lost or spoiled, the returning officer shall take possession of the poll book contained in the ballot box to draw up the list of the electors who have voted in the advance poll.
As soon as that list is drawn up, the returning officer shall replace the poll book in the ballot box, seal the ballot box and affix his initials to the seals.
Before acting under this section, the returning officer shall notify each candidate or his mandatary of it; the latter may attend and may affix their initials to the seals.
