69. The purpose of the pre-hearing conference is, in addition to what is provided for in section 126 of the Act respecting administrative justice (chapter J-3), to disclose a list of the witnesses that the parties intend to call and a list of those whose testimony they intend to present in the form of statements, unless there is valid cause not to disclose their identities.
