54. (Repealed).
1983, c. 23, s. 54; 1985, c. 21, s. 31.
54. The Fondation shall not, except with the authorization of the Government,
(1)  contract a loan which raises the total of its debts outstanding to more than the amount determined by the Government;
(2)  make a contract for a term or amount exceeding that determined by the Government;
(3)  acquire immovables, lease them or otherwise dispose of them.
