1575. Tender may be made by notarial act en minute or by a judicial declaration which is recorded; it may also be made by any other writing or in any other manner, provided it is legally proved.
Where tender is made by notarial act, the notary records the answer of the creditor in the act and, in case of refusal, the reasons given by him.
