44. The Minister responsible for Canadian Intergovernmental Affairs and for Francophones within Canada is responsible for the administration of this Act.
The Minister of the French Language exercises the functions and responsibilities of the Minister responsible for Canadian Intergovernmental Affairs and for Francophones within Canada provided for in this Act. Order in Council 121-2024 dated 7 February 2024, (2024) 156 G.O. 2 (French), 1091.
