Unless otherwise indicated by the context, in any other Act, statutory instrument under an Act and other document, a reference to the Savings and Credit Unions Act (chapter C‐4.1) and a reference to the Act respecting security fund corporations (chapter F‐3.2.0.4), or to one of their provisions, is a reference to the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (chapter C‐67.3) or to the corresponding provision of that Act.
