8. A person to whom an institution or body has refused to communicate personal information referred to in section 6 may submit an application for review to the Commission d’accès à l’information, in accordance with Division III of Chapter IV of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1).
