199. The Transit Commission may at any time and with the previous approval of the Council establish tariffs for the transport of users, and establish different tariffs according to the means of transport or the classes of users.
The secretary of the Commission shall send forthwith to the Community and the municipalities and cause to be published without delay in a French language daily newspaper and an English language daily newspaper circulating in the territory under its jurisdiction, a certified copy of the resolution of the Commission.
