179. A majority of the members, including the chairman, are a quorum at sittings of the board of management of the Transit Commission.
Each member of the board of management including the chairman but excluding the director general is entitled to one vote at every sitting of the board of management, in the case of a tie-vote, the chairman also has a casting vote.
