112. From the date of the coming into force of the by-law contemplated in section 100, the Community shall exercise, for the municipalities in its territory, the powers conferred on the Minister and the Commission municipale du Québec by paragraph 1 of section 415 of the Cities and Towns Act (chapter C-19).
