134. In the exercise of their duties, the officers of the Community charged with the application of the by-laws and orders provided for in section 133 may enter any premises where there is or may be a substance, an apparatus, a machine, a work or an installation forming the object of such by-law or order and examine them and enter any premises where an activity that is the object of such by-law or such order is or may be carried on and require the production of the books, registers and documents relating to the matters contemplated by such by-law or order and require in that respect, any other information deemed useful or necessary.
