110. The secretary of the Community shall have custody of the seal and records of the Community. He shall direct the secretary’s department.
He shall attend every meeting of the executive committee and of the Council.
The minutes of the sittings of the executive committee, approved and signed by the chairman of such committee or by a person designated under section 41 and by the secretary, and the minutes of the sittings of the Council, approved and signed by the chairman of the meeting and by the secretary, shall make evidence of their contents; the same shall apply to documents or copies emanating from the Community and forming part of its records, when signed by the secretary. The secretary shall sign all the contracts of the Community.
