263. From 1 January 1970, the municipalities in the territory of the Community shall not avail themselves of the provisions of the Act respecting municipal industrial immovables (chapter I-0.1) except for the power of such municipalities to avail themselves of the provisions other than sections 1 and 2 of such act.
