215. No extraordinary recourse contemplated in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) shall be exercised and no injunction shall be granted against the Corporation, its members or the secretary acting in their official capacity, unless applied for by the Government, the Community or any municipality thereunto authorized by the Community.
