184. The Transit Commission shall not be subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission des Transports du Québec otherwise than under a provision of this act.
The regulations made by the Government under section 5 of the Transport Act (chapter T-12) shall apply to the Commission and to its means of transport or transport systems.
Section 416 of the Cities and Towns Act (chapter C-19) shall apply mutatismutandis to the Commission.
