159. The powers of the transit authority are exercised by its board of directors which represents the transit authority and administers its affairs.

159. The powers of the Corporation are exercised by its board of directors which represents the Corporation and administers its affairs.

159. The Transit Commission shall consist of the following members, including a chairman and vice-chairman:
(1)  the chairman of the Council of the Community; and
(2)  a representative of each of the municipalities served by the transport network of the Transit Commission.

159. The Transit Commission shall consist of three commissioners, including a chairman and general manager, appointed in the manner hereinafter provided.
