1. In this act, unless the context imposes a different meaning, the following expressions and words mean respectively:

(a)  “Community” : the corporation constituted by section 2;

(b)  “Council” : the Council of the Community;

(c)  “territory of the Community” : the whole of the territory of the municipalities mentioned in Schedule A;

(d)  “Transit Commission” : the Commission de transport de la Communauté régionale de l’Outaouais;

(e)  “public transport undertaking” : any undertaking for the public transport of passengers;

(f)  “Corporation” : the Société d’aménagement de l’Outaouais;

(g)  “Minister” : the Minister of Municipal Affairs.
