684. (1)  If there are several county municipalities in the same registration division, the expenses and costs are due by all the county corporations, and may be recovered from any one of them, saving its recourse against the others for their proportion.
(2)  If a county municipality contains several registration divisions, the corporation is subject to the obligations hereinabove imposed, for each registry office in each registration division.
(3)  Expenses necessarily incurred for putting into effect articles 681 to 684 are apportioned by the county corporation among the corporations of all the municipalities contained in such registration division.
