523. Every local corporation may make, amend or repeal by-laws to aid in the construction of bridges erected with the assistance of the Gouvernement du Québec, according to plans approved by the ministère des Transports, whether within or without the municipality, by contributing money therefor, and to aid in the same manner in the maintenance thereof in future.
