517. A local corporation that has adopted a by-law in virtue of article 496 must constitute a committee having the functions of deciding applications for demolition permits and exercising any other powers conferred on it by this Subsection.
This committee shall be composed of three members of the council designated for one year by the council. Their term is renewable.
