448. Every by-law must be entered in the minute-book and in a special book entitled “Register of by-laws of the corporation of ”; such entries must be signed by the mayor and countersigned by the secretary-treasurer.
The secretary-treasurer must further indicate at the end of every by-law the date of the posting up of the notice of publication of such by-law.
