390. The application shall not be received unless the applicant has deposited, within the same delay, at the clerk’s office of the Provincial Court of the district where it is made, the sum of $50 in legal tender or in notes of a chartered bank doing business in Canada, as security for the costs of the candidate elected in connection with the re-addition or recount.
