1112. (Repealed).

1112. The plaintiff or complainant, whose information or complaint has been dismissed with costs, is bound to pay such costs under penalty of seizure. He is also, in the discretion of the court, liable to imprisonment in the manner and within the delays mentioned in article 1111.
