954.1. The creditor of a small claim may join another person in the same suit, on the conditions provided in article 67.
If each recourse held by the persons so joined is a small claim, the suit is instituted in accordance with this Book. If not, it is judged according to the other books of this Code.
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the execution of a judgment rendered on a small claim is effected in accordance with Title VIII of this Book.
