912. The minutes of removal must contain:
(1)  the date, giving the month, day and hour;
(2)  the name and residence of the applicant, and his elected domicile, if any;
(3)  the conclusions of the judgment ordering the removal;
(4)  the appearances and declarations of the parties;
(5)  the names of the notary charged with making the inventory and of the appraiser;
(6)  a certificate that the seals were intact when they were removed or, if they were not, a description of the state in which they were found;
(7)  a description of the property which, having been recognized as not belonging to the succession or the community, has been delivered to the persons entitled thereto.
