887. Applications for the probate of a will are made before the court where the testator had his domicile or, if he had no domicile in Québec, before the court of the district in which the testator died, or in that in which he left property.

887. The judge who authorizes the sale of securities which are not listed or traded on a recognized stock exchange may authorize the sale by private agreement or by auction, on such conditions as he may determine; but he must in all cases fix a minimum price, after determining their value by any means that he considers appropriate.
