3. (Repealed).

3. The Bureau shall consist of a functionary called the Director of the Bureau des véhicules automobiles and the other functionaries of the Department charged with the carrying out of this act with respect to the registration of motor vehicles and the issuing of licenses.
The director of the Bureau and its other functionaries shall be appointed and paid in accordance with the Civil Service Act (chapter F-3.1).
