514. The Minister may approve the whole or only a part of a by-law or order contemplated in section 513. He may also withdraw approval given under that section, in which case the by-law, order or part thereof from which approval has been withdrawn becomes void from the date fixed in a notice of the withdrawal of approval published in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
