467.7. A copy of a by-law of the council making a change in the service must be transmitted to the Minister of Transport.

467.7. A copy of a by-law of the council making a change in the service other than a timetable change requires to be transmitted to the Minister of Transport, who may disallow it within 30 days after receiving it. However, before the expiry of that period, the Minister may inform the council that he does not intend to disallow the by-law. In no case may a by-law that has been disallowed be published or come into force.
Where the Minister disallows a by-law under this section, he shall notify the council and cause his decision to be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec.

467.7. Section 467.6 does not apply to a municipality situated within the territory of a municipal or intermunicipal transit corporation or of a transit commission.
