411. The Authority or the person designated by it may issue a certified true copy or certified extract of any book, document, order or register in its possession.

411. The Inspector General or the person designated by him may issue a certified true copy or certified extract of any book, document, order or register in his possession.

411. Prosecution of any offence against this Act or a regulation is instituted by the Attorney General or by a person generally or specially authorized by him for that purpose.

411. Proceedings instituted for contravention of this act or the regulations are brought in the name of the Inspector General.
In any such proceeding,
(a)  it shall not be necessary to produce the original of a book, document, order or register in the possession of the Inspector General, but a copy or extract certified by him shall be sufficient proof of the content of the original;
(b)  it shall not be necessary for the Inspector General to sign or swear to the complaint, or to appear or make proof of his appointment and the performance of his duties. He shall be sufficiently designated as complainant or plaintiff in any proceedings under the title of “Inspector General of Financial Institutions”.

(b)  it shall not be necessary for the Superintendent to sign or swear to the complaint, or to appear or make proof of his appointment and the performance of his duties. He shall be sufficiently designated as complainant or plaintiff in any proceedings under the title of “Superintendent of Insurance”.
