93.156. If the board of directors of a federation consists of more than eight directors, it may, if so authorized by the internal management by-laws, establish an executive committee consisting of not fewer than five directors, including the chairman and the vice-chairman.
In no case may the number of members of the executive committee exceed one-half of the number of directors.
Not more than one-third of the executive committee may be composed of persons referred to in the second paragraph of section 93.147.
