21. A medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist may share his fees only with another medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist or a person, a trust or an enterprise referred to in subparagraph 1 or 2 of the first paragraph of section 1 of the Regulation respecting the practice of the profession of medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist within a partnership or a joint-stock company (chapter T-5, r. 8), or with a partnership or a joint-stock company within which the medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist is authorized to carry on his professional activities.
