9.3.2.9. Temperature for preservation: Refrigerated sea food products must be maintained at a temperature of between 0ºC and 4ºC.
Frozen sea food must be maintained at a temperature of not more than -23ºC.
Semi-preserved sea food must be stored at a temperature of not more than 10ºC.
