Section 54
Disposition versions
54. The accessory that makes it possible to identify whether the automobile is being used to offer the remunerated passenger transportation mentioned in the second paragraph of section 26 and subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 51 of the Act must be consistent with the model in Schedule I or Schedule I.1.
The provisional accessory consistent with the model in Schedule I is valid for a 90-day period following its date of issue.
The accessory must be affixed inside the vehicle on the left side of the rear window.
54. The accessory that makes it possible to identify whether the automobile is being used to offer the remunerated passenger transportation mentioned in the second paragraph of section 26 and subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 51 of the Act must be consistent with the model in Schedule I.
