43. The maximum amount of the gross income established for the purposes of the calculation provided for in the second paragraph of section 48 of the Act is, from 1 January each year, the Maximum Yearly Insurable Earnings applied by the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail for the year concerned, established pursuant to section 66 of the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (chapter A-3.001).

43.
