Section 86.3
Disposition versions
86.3. All advertising by a merchant regarding the terms and conditions of a lease by a contract of lease with guaranteed residual value and including one of the particulars mentioned in section 86.2 or one of the following particulars:
(a) the implied credit rate;
(b) the amount of the implied credit charges;
(c) the amount of the residual value;
(d) the amount of the consumer’s maximum obligation;
(e) the retail price of the goods;
must include all those particulars.
