Disposition versions
24. A member may not be the subject of a disciplinary complaint where the Tribunal administratif de déontologie policière rendered a decision on similar conduct at the time of the same event.
A member may, however, be the subject of a disciplinary complaint for a violation committed during the same event that was not dealt with by the Police Ethics Commissioner.
