9. At the latest within 30 days before the end of the period referred to in subdivision 1, the Chamber must send a notice to each representative who has not accumulated the required number of PDUs and inform the representative of the consequences, set out in sections 57 and 63 of the Regulation respecting the issuance and renewal of representatives’ certificates (chapter D-9.2, r. 7), for failure to take part in training activities.
