61. The actual travel expenses are composed of the costs for transportation, meals and accommodation. They are reimbursed after the participation of a member in a meeting of the board of directors or of one of its committees or subcommittees in accordance with the Directive sur les frais remboursables lors d’un déplacement et autres frais inhérents (C.T. 194603, 2000-03-30).
No expenses are reimbursed for the virtual participation of a member to a meeting of the board, one of its committees or subcommittees.
