Section 346
Disposition versions
346. A notice of prosecution shall be signed by the racing judges’ secretary, by the veterinarian of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, the paddock judge or the secretary of the board and it orders a person to appear at the time and place mentioned. The notice shall be received at least 24 hours before the date fixed for the holding of the hearing, unless the parties agree to a shorter timeframe.
The notice may be made on the prescribed form.
