2. Every agency must, in accordance with section 106.6 of the Act, pay annually the non-profit legal person referred to in section 106.3 of that Act a sum representing the total of the following amounts:
(1)  a basic amount of $1,394.68, plus 1.1% of the amount collected as membership fees by the agency, to travel about the territory under its management or to hunt, fish or carry on another recreational activity, during the fiscal year of the year preceding the current year by 2 years. That amount may not exceed $6,149.53;
(2)  an amount of $2 multiplied by the number of the agency’s members in good standing.
The total of those 2 amounts may not exceed $10,143.21.
The amounts in subparagraph 1 of the first paragraph and the second paragraph are adjusted on 1 April each year by applying to their value for the preceding year the annual percentage change in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) calculated for the month of June of the preceding year and published by Statistics Canada. If the percentage is negative, no adjustment is made.
The Minister is to publish the results of the adjustment in Part 1 of the Gazette officielle du Québec and may publicize more broadly using any other appropriate means.
