30. This Regulation replaces the Regulation respecting the conciliation and arbitration procedure for the accounts of members of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation et des psychoéducateurs et psychoéducatrices du Québec (O.C. 47-94, 94-01-10). The latter Regulation continues, however, to govern the conciliation and arbitration procedure for the accounts for which conciliation by the syndic or an application for arbitration was made before 15 September 2005.
