46. The operation of an ambulance service is subject to the following conditions :
(1) the operator must be the holder of an ambulance service permit issued by the agency ; and
(2) the operator must have entered into a contract with the agency in conformity with the provisions of section 9.
46. The operation of an ambulance service is subject to the following conditions :

(2) the operator must have entered into a contract with the regional board in conformity with the provisions of section 9.
