R-12.1 - Act respecting the Pension Plan of Management Personnel

121. A teacher or officer who ceases to be a member of the Teachers Pension Plan or, as the case may be, the Civil Service Superannuation Plan and who becomes a member of this plan may, unless he or she has elected to become a member of the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan under section 13 or 215.0.0.1.1 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10) as those sections read on 31 December 2000, be credited under this plan with all years or parts of a year that could have been credited under section 21 of the Act respecting the Teachers Pension Plan (chapter R-11) or section 66.1 of the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan (chapter R-12), as the case may be, provided the teacher or officer satisfies the conditions prescribed therein.
Sections 39 to 40 apply to this section.
