110. A proceeding is brought before the Tribunal by a motion filed at the secretariat of the Tribunal within 30 days after notification to the applicant of the contested decision or after the occurrence of the facts giving rise to the proceeding; a proceeding must, however, be brought within 60 days if it pertains to a matter within the purview of the social affairs division. There is no time limit for bringing a proceeding arising out of the failure by the administrative authority to dispose of an application for an administrative review within the time prescribed by law.
The motion may also be filed in any office of the Court of Québec, in which case the clerk shall transmit the motion forthwith to the secretary of the Tribunal.
