15. Any person who contravenes article 14, or who does not obey at once the orders of the judge or the officers under his authority, is guilty of contempt of court.
If the offender is an officer of justice, the court may suspend him from his functions.

If the offender is an officer of justice, the court may suspend him from his functions, except in the case of a bailiff, who may be suspended only by the Minister of Justice in accordance with the formalities provided in the Bailiffs Act (chapter H-4).
