138. The enterprise shall provide the Office with a list of the members of the francization committee and every subcommittee, and any changes to such list.

138. A francization certificate attests that the business firm is applying a francization programme approved by the Office, or that French already enjoys the status in the firm that such programmes are designed to ensure.
